Web/Interactive Developer/Designer
$40,000 - $60,000

Description:
Looking for a capable freelancer to handle various contract projects. Will range from simple landing page design and HTML email blasts to database integration and ecommerce solution set up.

Required skills:
Must be experienced and highly motivated, needing no supervision. Our company operates via a virtual office. We're looking for someone that wants to be part of a team yet retaining the flexibility of a freelancer. Must be able to address design concerns, including, Design appeal, branding, marketing objectives, target audience messaging, and SEO considerations. Must also be able to address technological concerns, including usablity, logical architechture/process, CSS/XHTML compliance, easy plug-in to backend systems, site performance.
