JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our rapidly growing company is looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with both print and web design experience and skills. This position requires knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts for both mediums. The position will support both the company and the branding and marketing needs of our customers. We work in an industry that is very image/identity conscious -You’ll have the chance to really exercise your creative mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Design and develop printed company marketing materials
- Design and develop web based company marketing materials
- Design and develop customer logos and brand identities
- Design and develop customer electronic marketing materials
- Design, implement, and manage corporate Internet presence and SEO
- Design and enhance the appearance and interaction flow of web application user interfaces.
- Collaborate with others regarding corporate creative and strategic direction.


Required skills:
QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Strong knowledge of graphic design software 
- Strong knowledge of interactive and web design software 
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines 
- Excellent communication skills

OTHER BENEFICIAL SKILLS: 
These skills are NOT required but are a plus.
- Server-side scripting experience, e.g., JSP, ASP, PHP, Perl, ColdFusion.
- E-commerce / web marketing optimization experience.
- Experience constructing HTML email messages that support cross-client compatibility 
- Flash, ActionScript development experience.
- Video editing experience.
- Experience developing diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes.


Required experience:
At least an Associate Degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years professional experience.
